Creating a Unique Ambience for Any Venue
Seaport Candle was founded by Carole Lucas in 1992. For many years Carole had been manufacturing high-end cosmetics and saw an opportunity to expand her business. Party planners, hotels, and restaurants had been buying their candles from food service catalogs, discount floral supply stores, or even at retail candle outlets. Buying candles through these channels meant limited styles and colors to choose from which hindered the event planners creativity. Tea lights in a shot glass are not special. Beautiful glass-filled pillars that are color matched to the theme of the event are very special and will stand out. Carole’s idea was to manufacture custom candles for special events, restaurants, and hotels to produce a unique ambience for each venue. Needless to say the concept caught on quickly.

Seaport Candle is located in the Fort Point Channel area along Boston’s famous seaport. Seaport Candle manufactures custom candles for event planners, boutique and five star hotels, as well as high-end restaurants in several different cities and countries around the world.
